DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
You will receive an invoice along with the headphones showing a $7.49 charge for the enclosed headphones (which are being sent to help you in your online hearing test-taking process) + $2 for shipping/handling. This is not an actual charge, and it is our way of keeping track of the headphones to assure their return. PLEASE RETURN THE HEADPHONES WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED USING THEM, UNLESS YOU OPT TO PURCHASE THEM. Your account will be credited for this $9.49 when you return the headphones. We do not expect you to purchase the headphones, but the option is there if you so choose. Should you decide to purchase them, please send payment for $9.49 in the form of check, credit card, or money order. You'll probably find it most handy to reuse our padded envelope. Simply put postage plus your own label on it and send to our address:

When you return the headphones, your account will only be credited $7.49 for the headsets and not for the shipping charge. Should you decide to purchase them, please send payment for $7.49 in the form of credit card or international money order (for personal check, please contact us for approval). We highly recommend purchasing headphones locally due to the costs you may incur for shipping. Any kind of headset should be adequate for test-taking purposes.
